This is a rather complex question, so let me list out the key issues first:

1. I am running a VERY old PC that barely handles windows 7, and needs a serious upgrade. I have parts incoming, new Motherboard, processor, and memory, and PSU, I'll be re-using my existing case (blegh) for awhile until I save up some money for a new one.
2. I have a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate that I wish to copy over to my new system. Unfortunately I was scammed by someone who installed a 'genuine' copy of windows 7 ultimate on my system for me, and later I got the 'your copy of windows it not genuine' notifications. I took the offer to upgrade to a genuine copy. I still have the box with the key and discs. This 'get genuine kit' copy specifically states in the license that it is non-transferable to a new pc. And thus prevents me from making any sort of decent upgrade at this point. (I really don't want to pay for a totally new copy)
   
3. I will be using the embedded graphics on the upgraded mobo for about a year in order to save some money before I get a nice influx of funds and can afford a nice high-end discrete card. The embedded graphics are not dx 12 compatible (only 11) and therefore probably can't run windows 10 until I get that discrete card.
   

My questions are as follows,

Since windows 7 is so old, is there some way I can get some leniency on the license and somehow transfer my existing install of windows 7 to the new system? I was intending to run a sysprep and transplant the HD to retain my years of settings and customizations. But this would require me to reactivate windows, of course. And that won't work with the license on this kit.

Is there some way I can still be eligible for and receive the free upgrade to windows 10? I have a genuine key for windows 7 here as part of the 'get genuine' kit. Maybe I can have it converted into a new transferable key? I want to keep this legal, so I'm appealing to the community for suggestions and possibly some help getting things transferred over.

If I get the windows 10 upgrade on my old windows 7 install (I could just keep the HD and hardware intact and run the reserve process or whatnot on it) is there any way that I could transfer it to my new build? Basically what I'm trying to do is get that free copy of 10 pro but install it on a NEW machine and not on this old piece of junk I'm replacing right now, since it wouldn't even be able to run it.

Am I eligible for the free copy of windows 10 pro with my copy of Win 7 ultimate (Get genuine online kit)? I sincerely hope so. I'm trying to juggle things around to save a little money and make this all manageable.
